Copying a task template
When you want to create a new task template you can copy an existing task template, change some of the content and save it as a new one. This may save a lot of time when you need a new template quite similar to an old one.
- Select the Dashboard’s menu option Task Templates to get the list of task templates.
- Press the 3-striped “hamburger” menu of the template in question and select Copy Task Template.
- Go through the tabs in the Task Template editor and make the desired changes.
- Press [Save] to save the template.
Note: We advice you to give the copy a new, unique name. If you don’t, the new template will not overwrite the old one but be saved with the same name.
Deleting a task template
- Select the Dashboard’s menu option Task Templates to get the list of task templates.
- Press the 3-striped “hamburger” menu of the template in question and select Delete Task Template.
- Confirm the deletion by pressing [DELETE].
The template is now no longer in the list of task templates.
