Updated:

In the Task Template editor available from the Tasks menu option in the Dashboard, users with the roles of Admins and Task Admins can design templates for the server.

  1. To start the editor, select Tasks on the Dashboard menu and press [+ New task template].
The Task Template editor will then open:

  1. Enter a name for the new task template.
Template names may describe work such as: Annual Machinery Assessment, Electrical jobs, HMS Endeavour, Thruster installation, Daily Report.

There are six tabs in this editor and you can browse through them by clicking on them or pressing [Next >>] and [<< Previous] in the lower right corner.

The orange asterisks (*) generally show the tabs where you have to fill in information in order to be able to save the template, but from Zegeba v 4.4 you can choose to just delete the empty ‘card’ in these tabs.

Note: you can also copy an existing template, edit the copy and save it as a new template. See Managing: 6.8 Copying or deleting a task template.
