6.7 Editing An Activity Template

There is often a need to edit an activity template either before or after it has been used for issuing activities.

1. Select the Dashboard’s menu option Activities to get the list of activity templates.
2. Press the 3-striped “hamburger” menu of the template in question and select Edit Activity Template.

4. Go through the tabs in the Activity Template editor and make the desired changes.
5. Press [Save] to save the template.

The changes made to the template will be reflected in all new activities created as well as in any existing activities from this template residing in the users’ Zegeba apps – when they next sync with the server.
