4.7.3 Create an import template
Published:
Updated:
If you have many forms to import, creating an import template may save you a lot of time. You must then create a separate template form and place it in a folder called Import Templates. The elements in the template form will be added to the form you are creating from the Word document.
- The template form may for instance contain specific company headers and footers that you want to use in the form.
- This form is added in a separate page at the beginning of the form created from the Word document, unless you have placed a START code in the Word document, e.g. {START|#page_2}.
- If you repeatedly use a specific set of Multiple Select checkboxes, listing for instance spare parts, employees or weekdays, you can put all of these in the template form as different Multiple Select elements.
You then add a SET_DEFAULT_CHECKBOX code in the document to specify which type of Multiple Select checkboxes you want, e.g. {SET_DEFAULT_CHECKBOX|#employees}.
See section 4.7.2 Lists of document import annotations for more codes to add in the template form. Contact Zegeba Support if you would like help with this
