FAQ: What Does Sync Mean?

Sync is short for synchronization. It refers to the process of exchanging data between the app on your phone, tablet, or browser and the central Zegeba server.

How Syncing Works:

• Sending Data: When you sync from your app, the data you’ve captured is sent to the server, making it accessible to others.
• Receiving Updates: Syncing also fetches updates from the server, such as:
  • Changes made by the form designer to forms.
  • Updates to tasks/activities assigned to you.
  • Data from other users that you have permission to access.
