    • Android: Tap the icon with three vertical stripes (usually in the lower-left corner), find the app, and swipe it away.
  2. Reinstall the App
    Uninstall the app from your device and reinstall it from your app store.

  3. Check for Software Updates
    Ensure your device’s operating system and the Zegeba app are updated to the latest versions.

  4. Try a Different Internet Connection

    • Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data to see if strict firewall settings on your Wi-Fi are causing the issue.
