Close the app completely to clear its data from your device’s memory:- iOS: Double-click the Home button, locate the app, and swipe it up to close it.
- Android: Tap the icon with three vertical stripes (usually in the lower-left corner), find the app, and swipe it away.

Uninstall the app from your device and reinstall it from your app store. -

Ensure your device’s operating system and the Zegeba app are updated to the latest versions. -
Try a Different Internet Connection
- Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data to see if strict firewall settings on your Wi-Fi are causing the issue.
