5.0 Syncing forms and tasks with the server
In the Zegeba app you can download from your company’s Zegeba server forms, tasks and captured data, and upload the data you have captured to the server. This process of communicating with the server is called syncing, short for synchronizing.
Sync uploads all forms and tasks that you have recently created or edited to the Zegeba server. Unless excluded in the app’s Settings, all types of attachments such as pictures and PDF files will also be uploaded. Syncing also downloads and updates forms and task information plus any data other users have uploaded to the server that you may have access to. The sync process may take some time if you’re syncing everything for the first time, and you may have to push the double-arrowed sync button in the app’s upper right corner several times to get everything downloaded, but subsequent syncs should go faster.
