Sometimes you may have to purge or uninstall the cached Zegeba Forms Web App in the browser, either to delete sensitive data, or to re-install the app.

If you purge/uninstall the web app in the browser, you will permanently delete all saved local data. This means that any data that has not been sent to the server (outbox, drafts, recoverable data) will be gone. Please ensure that all data that you want to keep is sent to the server before proceeding. Once it is deleted, it is unrecoverable.
For the Google Chrome browser, follow these steps:
- Go to the following URL:
- In Settings, enter the name of your Zegeba server in the search box.
Here we have searched for the server “demo”:
- If this list contains just the Zegeba site you want, as in the picture above,
press [Clear displayed data] to clear its data and cookies from the site.
- If there are several sites in this list,
click the right arrow of the one you want to open it’s individual Settings screen and select [Clear data].
- Now you can open the web app again and sync your data.
Other browsers have similar functionality for clearing site data in their Settings.
