Users Overview
The Users area lets administrators manage users, their access, and permissions. From the left sidebar, select the Users (sidebar icon) to open the Users overview. Here you can search, filter, export, and create users.
Steps
Open Users
- Left sidebar → Users (sidebar icon).
- The page header shows Users — All users of Zegeba.
Search and Filter
- Use Search to search visible columns.
- Filter by Role, Status, and Type using the dropdowns above the table.
- Click Clear Filters to reset.
Export user list
- Click the actions menu to the right of Clear Filters (vertical three dots).
- Choose Export User List and select the desired format (Excel or CSV).
- The file downloads with the currently visible columns/filters applied.
Create a new user
- Click New User in the top-right corner.
- Complete required fields (fill out the required fields and save).
Edit or (De)activate a user
- In the table, open a row’s action menu (three dots) or right-click the row.
- Choose Edit to update details, or Deactivate/Activate to change status.
Table columns (default)
- User: Avatar or initials, first and last name, and username.
- Roles: All roles assigned to the user.
- Status: Active/Inactive state.
- Email: Email address (may be blank for system users).
- Last Login: Most recent date/time of login.
- Date Created: When the user account was created.
- Created By: Creator of the user account.
- User Type
