FAQ: What Can I Do When I Get a Quota Exceeded Error Message in the Dashboard?
Published:
Updated:
It is quite common to encounter a QuotaExceeded error message occasionally. This typically indicates a storage problem in Zegeba.
If the error occurs in the Dashboard, it may mean that the browser storage is full.
Steps to Resolve the Issue:
- Delete recoverable/autosaved data, close tabs, and restart the browser.
- If the issue persists, clear cached images and files to free up browser memory.
- In Chrome, follow these steps:
- Click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
- In Chrome, follow these steps:
- If you are checking data captures, use the View Form option instead of Edit Form, as it uses less storage.
- Try a different browser to see if the problem is browser-specific.
Be cautious when deleting recoverable data.
This data may not have been synced to the server yet, and deleting it from local storage (in the browser or app) could result in permanent data loss.
If the issue persists after trying the above steps, contact Zegeba Support for assistance.
