What do I need to do?
To upload the affected photos/signatures correctly to the server, the latest version of the Zegeba app must be installed on the same device where the photos were taken.
- Open the app and go to the side menu.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu.
- The app version is displayed next to “App.”
- You should be using version 4.12.22.
- If you are using version 4.12.21 or earlier, completely close the app and reopen it. Then check the app version again to ensure it has been updated.
Once the app is running the correct version, perform a sync using the button in the top-right corner. Wait until the sync has completed.
You may also want to ask your administrator to verify that the photos/signatures have been uploaded to the server. Once uploaded, they will be visible on other devices and in the Dashboard.
