FAQs

Q1. What’s the difference between Primary and Secondary context types?
A. They are organizational categories for context types. Confirm exact business definition during rollout.

Q2. Does the Owner field affect permissions?
A. No. It’s a reference to indicate responsibility. The creator is set as owner by default but this can be changed. Actual permissions depend on roles.

Q3. Is the Description used outside the dashboard?
A. No. It’s primarily for dashboard context and search enrichment.

Q4. What happens to Context and Activities counts after deletion?
A. Deleting a context type may be restricted if dependent contexts exist. Counts reflect current data after changes.

Q5. Can I undo a bulk delete?
A. Not directly. You have to contact support@zegeba.com to get help to recover.

Q6. Are Copy and Edit tracked in Last Edit?
A. Yes. Modifying actions update Last Edit. (Copy behavior may vary by implementation.)
