The Context View lets you see your main contexts at a glance and drill down into activities and entries in one place. Rows expand to reveal nested tables (Context → Activities → Entries). Each level has its own familiar header and default columns, consistent with the dedicated Activities and Entries views.

  • Hierarchical table with expand/collapse per row
  • Inline actions per item (context/activity/entry)
  • Filters for quick slicing and a menu to include archived contexts
  • Bulk select and export to CSV/Excel
  1. All Contexts list showing filters and search.
  2. Context row actions menu with: Edit Context, Create New Context, Import Context, Create New Activity, Add Existing Activity, Assign Activities, Import Log, Duplicate Context, Delete Context.
  3. Download modal offering CSV and Excel.
  4. Contexts side-menu: folder icon showing a quick list of main contexts.
  5. Expanded context with nested Activities and Entries tables.

Filter and search

Explore nested data

  • Edit Context
  • Create New Context
  • Import Context
  • Create New Activity
  • Add Existing Activity (available if enabled in the Context Type setup)
  • Assign Activities (assign users to all activities within this context)
  • Import Log (view when an import was run for this context)
  • Duplicate Context
  • Delete Context

Bulk actions & export

  • Select one or more contexts to DownloadCSV or Excel.
  • If you select two or more activities or entries of the same type within a context, you’ll see the same bulk actions you know from the dedicated Activities or Entries table views.

Open item details

Click any context/activity/entry name to open its detail page in the same workspace.

See the separate guides for Activity actions and Entry actions for operation details at those levels.
