Login and Forgotten Password
This article explains how to log in to the new Zegeba Dashboard and how to recover access using Forgot password.
Log in to the Dashboard

Open your browser and go to yourname.zegeba.com.

Enter your Username and Password, then select Log in.

If Single Sign-On is enabled, select the SSO button (for your provider) instead of entering a password. Follow the provider prompt and you’ll be redirected back to the dashboard.

If prompted for a second factor (MFA), complete the verification per your organization’s policy.
Reset a forgotten password

On the login screen, select Forgot password?.

Enter your Username and select Send reset link. If you don’t remember your username click I forgot my username - enter your Email and select Send reset link.

Check your inbox for a password reset email and select Reset password in the message.

In the browser, enter a New password that meets your organization’s policy. Re-enter to Confirm password, then select Save.

You’ll see Password updated and a prompt to Return to login.

Sign in with your Username and new password.

What if I don’t receive the reset email?
Check Spam/Junk and filters. Request a new link after a few minutes; only the latest link will work. If your profile is missing an email address, contact your admin. -
I’m on SSO—do I still use “Forgot password”?
No. If your organization enforces SSO, manage your password with your identity provider. The Forgot password link may be hidden or will inform you to use SSO instead. -
The reset link says it’s expired or already used. What now?
Return to the login page and request a new reset link. Only the most recent link is valid. -
What are the password rules?
Policies vary by organization. Typically at least 8 characters with mixed case and a number/symbol. Ask your admin. -
Can admins reset a user’s password?
Yes. Admins can trigger a reset email from Users by selecting a user and choosing Send password reset link. -
Why do I get “Invalid email or password”?
Confirm the email belongs to your Zegeba tenant. If you recently changed your email or were deactivated, contact your admin.
