11.3 Archive
Zegeba’s team recommends always using archive instead of deleting.
In Home View, you can archive both entries and activities directly from the dashboard with just a few clicks.
By opening the menu on an entry/activity, you’ll see an option called “archive.”
Select two or more entries/activities to bring up the bulk menu, and you can perform a bulk archive. A confirmation window will appear before the archiving is completed.
Next to “clear filters” there are three dots. By clicking on them, you’ll get the options “show only archived” and “show archived.”
When these are enabled, archived data will be shown in Home View along with unarchived data. The options in the menu will also change, allowing you to restore archived items. Archived data will be marked with a gray color.
