Default Assignees For Activity Templates
You can set default assignees on task/activity templates.
When a task or activity is created from the template, these team members are automatically assigned—saving time and reducing manual errors.
This is new i v4.10
How to use:
- Open a task/activity template.
- Add team members under the new Assignment Tab / Default Assignees.
- Save the template. These users will be auto-assigned when the template is used.
Note on Terminology:
We are in the process of transitioning from the word Task to Activity across the Zegeba platform.
While some areas of the system and older documentation may still mention Tasks, they refer to the same concept as Activities.
From now on, please consider Activities as the standard term for what was previously called a Task.
This change is part of our effort to better reflect real-world usage and to keep terminology consistent moving forward.
