8.5 Adding Task Templates for a context type
A context type can have as many task templates associated with it as you want but it must have at least 1. When building a specific context, for instance for a customer, you will only be able to add tasks from the templates listed her.
As default, All task templates are allowed in a context. If you are happy with that, go to tab no 6.
If you are running Zegeba before v 4.4 and wish to define a selection of templates, do the following:
Press [Add Task Template] to add a new template to the context type. In the picture above 2 templates have been selected.
- Use the arrows in the top left corners of each section to move a template up or down in the list of templates
- Press the X in the top right corner to remove a template
- Click in the Task Template field to get a dropdown list of all task templates on the server and select the one you wish to add:
If you are running Zegeba 4.4 or later, you have None as an option.
You can also Enable or Disable the option in the Context Builder that allows you to add existing tasks to a context. With this option disabled, one can only create new tasks in the Context Builder.
