5.8 Deleting Activities

You can delete an activity from the Activities screen in the Dashboard.
- Press the Delete activity icon for the activity you wish to delete.
- Confirm deletion by pressing [Delete] in the box that comes up.
Even though an activity is deleted, data registered in the activity’s forms is still available in the Forms section of the Dashboard.
If you want to keep the attachments uploaded by activity users, you may want to save these before you delete the activity. See 5.6 Adding attachments to a task for more information on this.
The Zegeba team recommends using “Archive” instead of “Delete.”
This way, you can retrieve archived activities, forms, and entries at a later time if needed.
