5.5 Adding And Removing Activity Users
Adding/removing activity users in Activity View
From the Activity screen in the Dashboard you can add and remove users assigned to an activity.
- Select Activities on the Dashboard’s side menu and
select the activity template and the activity you want was generated from. - Find the activity you want in the list. Use the search bar on top to search for it if you can’t see it right away.
- Press the Assign users icon to open the Assign users window.
- Click on the names in the grey “bubbles” to assign them to the activity and move them to the top Assignee pane. Use the Search bar if you need to search for names.
- If you want to assign a user who is not already registered as a Zegeba user, go to the tab “Add by email”, type in the email address and press [Add]. Then press [SEND SIGNUP EMAIL]. When logging in the user will then be assigned the role of Activity user.
- If you wish to remove a user from a activity, click on the x in its “green bubble” to remove it form the Assignees pane.
- When all present users of this activity are assigned,
press [Save changes].
Adding/removing activity users in Home View
You can change the assignees in two different ways in the Home View.
The first is by using the “Assign” icon. This will open a window where you can assign or unassign users.
The second method is by editing the activity. In the edit view, you’ll find a tab called Assignees.
When assigning multiple activities at the same time, you must first select the desired activities.
Then click “Edit Selected Activities” and choose Reassign.
Note: Users can also be automatically added to or removed from a activity when it reaches a certain activity state. This must be defined in the Activity Template Editor, as described in Managing: 6.2 Adding Task States for a task template.
