Note! You can only fill in data in forms that are published in the Zegeba Dashboard. See more on publishing forms in Managing: 4.5 Create, publish, unpublish and delete form versions.
- Click on folder that contains the form you want to fill out.
- Click on the form you want.
- Press [Capture Data] to start registering data in the form.
Once a form is opened, it will function and look the same in the Web App as in the phone/tablet app.

The fields are automatically saved as soon as you have filled them in.
Add remarks to an input
In front of all input fields there is a small grey star (if no answer is set) or a validation information sign – e.g. a green checkmark or warning sign. Clicking on that icon will allow the user to enter remarks or flag the field. This feature is handy to use for instance when the user is not able to complete a specific list or field, and want to mark that for later edit or review.
A remark can be of 1 of 3 types and may include a written note:
A question with a remark will have a specific icon relating to the type of remark.
