Generating PDF in Home View

From update 4.10, it is possible to export a bulk PDF directly from the dashboard.
Click the menu on an entry, and you’ll get the option to open or download a PDF.
Bulk PDF is used to combine multiple entries or activities into one PDF.

By selecting two or more entries, a menu will appear at the bottom of the page.
One of the options is “Bulk PDF”.

By clicking on it, a side menu will appear on the right side. There are four steps that must be completed before a PDF is generated.
Use either the buttons at the bottom to navigate the Bulk PDF process or click directly on the tabs at the top.

Step 1. Entries

In Entries, we select which entries we want to include. When two entries are selected, the form template will be shown here. If multiple entries from the same template are selected, they will appear under the same template.
Select either all or only the desired entries.

Step 2. Order

In Order, you can set the sequence of each entry.
By clicking on one, you use the arrows on the right to either move it up or down one step, or all the way to the top or bottom.

Step 3. Pages

In Pages, you choose which pages should be included in the PDF. If you want to include all pages, click “Select all pages”, but uncheck the pages that should be excluded.

Step 4. Email Recipients

The final page is Email Recipients. Here, you add the recipient(s) of the PDF. Either enter the email address manually or click the arrow on the right to open a dropdown of all users on the server.

Once all four steps are completed, click “Create Bulk PDF”. This will send the complete PDF to the recipient(s) added in Step 4 (Email Recipients).

Bulk PDF of activities follows the exact same procedure as for entries.
When selecting activities that contain entries, all the entries inside the task will be displayed when you click on “Bulk PDF”.
