4.6 Edit or delete data from forms

Note! Only users with the roles of Admin or Access Manager can edit or delete data captured in a form.

Edit data

Sometimes users may realize that they have filled in incorrect data, perhaps due to carelessness or not having the correct information at the time of filling in the form. You may modify such data records, but Zegeba Forms keeps a detailed record of any changes made.

    1. In the Dashboard, click on the folder and then the form you wish modify data in.
    2. For each form version you can see to the right in the long version bar how many data records that version contains.
Click anywhere in the version bar to open a list of each filled-out record.
    3. Click anywhere on a data version and select Edit Data from the menu to open the form with data and make the changes you want.
    4. On the final page, press [Save and Close] to save the data.
    5. In the Dashboard list you can now see the edit recorded in the list with your username.
Press the double arrow in the Edits column to see, and access, the first data version again.
