Zegeba offers many options for handling the data captured in your forms:
- You may export the data to spreadsheets and Business Intelligence systems such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, see Managing: 5.3 Data export and further processing.
- You may also save each form’s data capture in a separate PDF file. This can be done manually from the Summary page after data capture or by automatic email notification. Se the following sections for more on this.
- Your company’s document management system – such as Sharepoint – may be set up to automatically store all incoming Zegeba email attachment PDFs on a dedicated a server. Contact Zegeba for advise on how to structure this in your company.
